                Shear is in very good condition.  The gearbox runs smoothly with no
        clunks or knocking sounds.  The retrofitted AIR CLUTCH also allows safe
        and positive operation.  Equipped with front support tables, long squaring
        arm, rear support  and conveyor stacker loaders,  as well as the 10 TON
        Powered Monorail with switches, etc. makes this a very complete shearing
        package ! (However it could use cleaning and painting)
